Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest point.
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Measure from the shoulder point to your wrist with a relaxed arm.

Choose the larger size for an easier, more relaxed fit. Choose the smaller size for a closer silhouette.
